The first pie is really pie. (I guess it is edited from the other thing to match the English-language jokes.)
The pie in the ending scene is not!!! It is one of the most common and crude slang uses of the word. It's often used in a sexual context. Example: The title of the movie franchise American Pie is a well-known play on this double meaning.
