Now is not the time to use EV yet (except short distance travels). Charging is still very difficult. (Refueling is very simply, especially in Thailand where gas stations have staffs, and a staff serves oil to you.) Thailand's too hot weather also plays a part in making people don't want to wait for charging.
Very fast charging technology (1000+ kW charging power) is not yet widely available in Thailand, both public chargers and supported vehicles. In the future, the unsupported EVs are outdated (and also not as reliable as Japanese analog (fuel) cars).
In this time, PHEV and EREV are still be the answers for people who wants EV mode but still don't want the long-time charging.
