While "My Name is Brian" song is composed of English words, they are strung together into sentences that are untranslatable and cannot be used for real communication.
The only understandable is the song's chorus "My name is Brian, I'm 24 years old, I'm from Korea" which is his fictional personality. No one could figure out what the rest of the lyrics really meant.
Banana Sound Studio invited Joke to create a song. Banana has a melody, and Joke improvised the lyrics in the studio. Joke said he imagined telling someone he loved them and singing them in random English.
Joke wrote on his Facebook page that it didn't take long to produce. The delay in its release was because it needs to decipher the lyrics to create subtitles for the music video.
